If the date is after September 15, 2021, no update is required.If the date is prior to September 15, 2021, an update is required.Determine the date of the ArgusControlsQuickSupport.exe file.Navigate to the following folder directory “C:\Argus\Support Files\Remote Support”.To check and see if your version of Team Viewer is up to date: Please be advised that Team Viewer discontinued support for all legacy versions prior to September 15, 2021.
